Who Developed this Training
The content for this training module was developed by Anton Leyland, a highly experienced chef, recipe consultant and plate presentation expert, in collaboration with The Pure Food Co team.
Anton has 20 + years’ experience in Hospitality from working in some of the country's and world's best restaurants and food companies.
From being an account manager with Bidfood, working at 30,000 feet as in-flight chef in first class, heading up the recipe development team at My Food Bag, and now being a recipe consultant for the Pure Food Co and Operations Manager for the Compass Group - Anton has seen and done it all.
He has a special passion for plate presentation and making sure that the way food looks on the plate when it leaves the kitchen further adds to the dining experience.
