Introductory FoodCare Training
This is an introductory course that teaches basic and general information. It will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete this training.

You can earn a certificate for this FoodCare Training by passing the quiz (answer at least 80% of all questions correctly). Certificates will automatically be issued at the end and will also be emailed to you.
Who Developed this Training
The content for this Introduction to Pure Food training was developed by the Pure Food team, with input from two of our expert advisors, Dietitian Kaye Dennison and Speech Language Therapist Renee Taylor.
Jessica Bowden is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian with a passion for aged care. Having managed food service, nutrition and food safety of one of the largest aged care networks for seven years she has a robust understanding of the industry. She moved to The Pure Food Co due to the opportunity to improve nutrition on a large scale to prevent many of the ailments that impact negatively on quality of life.
