This is an introductory course that teaches basic and general information. It will take approximately 15-25 minutes to complete this training.

Who Developed this Training
The content for this training module was developed by two of our expert advisors, Dietitian Kaye Dennison and Speech Language Therapist Renee Taylor, with support from our Dietitians Jess Bowden and Nicole Taylor.
Jessica Bowden is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian with a passion for aged care. Having managed food service, nutrition and food safety of one of the largest aged care networks for seven years she has a robust understanding of the industry. She moved to The Pure Food Co due to the opportunity to improve nutrition on a large scale to prevent many of the ailments that impact negatively on quality of life.
